Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

Refund requests for other reasons may not be accepted.

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted products (unless defective)

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 3–7 days of delivery

  • Provide order details and clear images/videos of the issue

  • Our support team will review your request


4. Approval Process

  • Refund approval is subject to verification of the issue

  • We reserve the right to reject refund requests if conditions are not met

  • Additional information may be requested during review


5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval

  • Payment gateway delays are beyond our control


6. Replacement Option

In some cases, we may offer:

  • Product replacement instead of refund

  • Store credit for future purchases


7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and will follow refund/return policy


9. Fraudulent Claims

  • Any misuse of refund policy or false claims may result in account suspension

  • We reserve the right to take legal action in case of fraud
